【摘要】:IEC60204appliestotheelectricalandelectronicequipmentandsystemsofmachines,includingagroupofmachinesworkingtogetherinacoordinatedmanner,butexcludinghigherlevelsystemaspects(i.e.communicationsbetweensystems).ThispartofIEC60204isapplicabletoequipment,orpartsofequipment,whichoperatewithnominalsupplyvoltagesabove1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.andnotexceeding36kVa.c.ord.c.withnominalfrequenciesnotexceeding200Hz.Forhighervoltagesorfrequencies,specialrequirementsmaybeneeded.Inthisstandard,thetermHVequipmentalsocoverstheLVequipmentforminganintegralpartoftheequipmentoperatingathighvoltage.Therequirementsinthisstandardprimarilycoverthepartsoperatingathighvoltageexceptwhereexplicitlystatedotherwise.ReferenceismadetoIEC60204-1forthoserequirementswhichalsoapplytoHVequipment.TheelectricalequipmentcoveredbythispartofIEC60204commencesatthepointofconnectionofthesupplytotheelectricalequipmentofthemachine(see5.1).ThispartofIEC60204isanapplicationstandardandisnotintendedtolimitorinhibittechnologicaladvancement.Itdoesnotcoveralltherequirements(e.g.guarding,interlockingorcontrol)whichareneededorrequiredbyotherstandardsorregulationsinordertosafeguardpersonnelfromhazardsotherthanelectricalhazards.Eachtypeofmachinehasuniquerequirementstobeaccommodatedtoprovideadequatesafety.ThispartofIEC60204specificallyincludes,butisnotlimitedto,machinesasdefinedin3.26(annexAlistsexamplesofmachineswhoseelectricalequipmentmaybecoveredbythisstandard).Additionalandspecialrequirementscanapplytotheelectricalequipmentofmachinesthat–areusedintheopenair(i.e.outsidebuildingsorotherprotectivestructures);–use,processorproducepotentiallyexplosivematerial(e.g.paintorsawdust);–areusedinpotentiallyexplosiveand/orflammableatmospheres;–havespecialriskswhenproducingorusingcertainmaterials;–areusedinmines.PowercircuitswhereelectricalenergyisdirectlyusedasaworkingtoolareexcludedfromthispartofIEC60204.
