Scope:CLARA identifies four functions: Data Space Generator, Truth Data Generator, Coefficient Generator, and Reconstructor. Together these four functions standardize the solution to the LAR problem. 【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesmethodsofcalculationofheattransfercoefficientsandheatflowrates,forbuildingelementsinthermalcontactwiththeground,includingslab-on-groundfloors,suspendedfloorsandbasements.Itappliestobuildingelements,orpartsofthem,belowahorizontalplaneintheboundingwallsofthebuildingsituated-forslab-on-groundfloorsandsuspendedfloors,attheleveloftheinsidefloorsurface;-forbasements,attheleveloftheexternalgroundsurface.Itincludescalculationofthesteady-statepartoftheheattransfer(theannualaveragerateofheatflow),andthepartduetoannualperiodicvariationsintemperature(theseasonalvariationsoftheheatflowrateabouttheannualaverage).Theseseasonalvariationsareobtainedonamonthlybasis;thisstandarddoesnotapplytoshorterperiodsoftime.
